".....all things share the same breath,

the beast,

the tree,

the man...

the air shares it's spirit with all the life it supports."

Thank you for stopping by!

I hope you will enjoy your visit and perhaps take away a better understanding of some of my favorite get-aways here in my beloved state of Washington. If camping and hiking in dramatic areas is something you enjoy, you are in for a wonderful experience! If you have been fortunate enough to have seen them before, I'm sure you can understand my enthusiasm over these jewels of nature! Ozette Lake, the Loop Trail and Rialto Beach can all be found along the coast in the Olympic National Park.

Once there, listen!

The voices of serenity and of the spirits will whisper their joy at your arrival!

Below, you will find links to more information regarding these areas....please take a few minutes to visit some of them.

Back Country Regulations

As the years go by the damage we have inflicted upon our planet becomes more apparent, and our responsibility to correct those wrongs needs to be at the forefront of our every thought and action. Our gift to future generations....and to ourselves...lies in the continued protection and restoration of our natural resources. If we all make a concerted effort...no matter how small it may seem...to do whatever we possibly can, the beauty we enjoy will live on.

I would love to hear from you! Comments, suggestions...or just to say hello!

So please sign my guestbook before you leave!
